What is a CDHP (Consumer Directed Health Plan)?

Consumer-Directed Health Plan (CDHP)

CDHP’s are made up of two components: a High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) and a Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA).

With this type of plan, the consumer is the one in control of their own money and medical service benefits compared to a regular health insurance plan.
